The Mesa Draw Ranch is located in Torrance County New Mexico just a few miles south of the small ranching community of Mountainair. The ranch consists of 2861 Deeded acres and a 320 acre state lease parcel at the south end. Elevation ranges from 6,500' to 6,800' providing for mild winters, moderate summers as well as cool spring and fall seasons. Access is via "Paved" state Hwy 55.
